Cancelation & Inclement Weather Policy

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, please contact us via phone or email with 24 hours or more notice for cancelations and rescheduling requests.

  • Cancelations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to the full treatment cost in all circumstances.
  • Late arrival will shorten your treatment time as a courtesy to other clients who may be scheduled after your scheduled service time.
  • Cancelation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone.
  • If you are ill, please reschedule to keep everyone healthy.
  • No-show or missed appointments may be billed for the entire fee for his/her specially-reserved session time. Payment in full for billed appointments must be paid in full before scheduling another session.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • We ask in cases of inclement weather (particularly winter weather) that clients attempt to reschedule as soon as possible.
  • If Waupaca County is under a winter or other inclement weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
  • No-show or missed appointments may be billed for the entire fee for his/her specially-reserved session time.
  • Additionally, in the event of winter weather or power outage, the therapists providing massage & bodywork services inside the Ramada Grand Seasons Hotel follow Waupaca Public School District emergency closing schedules.
  • If Waupaca Public Schools are closed, the Bamboo Haven Massage & Bodywork studio is closed. Payment in full for billed appointments must be paid in full before scheduling another session.
